1 - www.screentoaster.com This is a great free site where you can capture your screen in a similar way to Camtasia.
2 – www.trakax.com Free Multi Track Recording Software which enables you to put music and effects onto your narrated track for an incredibly professional performance. Having said that the full version is only $24.95 and is well worth the money. This also can make video so check it out
3 – audacity.sourceforge.net – Audacity is a FREE Cross Platform (Meaning it works on Mac’s and PC’s) Sound Recording Software.

Note: You will need a decent microphone to record your voice. these do not cost much, but the better the mic the better the sound. Get a Microphone that can be pluged into your USB socket for “Plug and Play” Campatibility.

  I have used your WordPress landing page wordpress-landingpage.com at http://www.who-else.com Thank you so very, very much for your generosity.
  
  As you can see, I have created a video and posted it at who-else.com
  
  To create my video I simply used Windows Movie Maker. I sized my images 1280 x 720px and I remembered to save the video with the right dimensions. That is, before you go to File, Save Project As… First go to Tools, Options, Advanced and select PAL and the 16:9 aspect ratio. Much better for YouTube etc.

  Hi Michael. Adding Video to a website is a simple process, however, it depends on how secure you want that video content to be. If you don’t mind if others can download and view your video content and it is available to the general public then the best thing is to upload to YouTube and just copy the embeded code into the .html editor on the page you want the video to show up in.

  Well it took a while but I think I found an even better FREE screen capture product… take a look at http://screenr.com/
  
  I have used it to record some short screen capture movies and in minutes they are on YouTube, Facebook and Twitter which means they are driving traffic back to the site via Social media..
